This website is published by Weddings by Arshaan Gandhi. It exists to show the work and to start a conversation. It is not a booking system, and nothing on it forms a contract.
arshaangandhi.com is the only official address for this studio. Any other site presenting this work is not operated by Arshaan Gandhi.
Enquiries and availability
Sending an enquiry does not hold a date. Dates are held only once a booking is confirmed in writing and the agreed booking amount has been received — until that point they remain open to anyone else asking for them, however far along a conversation has gone.
Any figures, inclusions or schedules discussed are set out in a written proposal issued directly. That proposal, and not this website, governs what is being provided.
Copyright in the photographs
Every photograph and film on this site is the work of Arshaan Gandhi and remains his copyright. They may not be copied, reproduced, re-uploaded, used to train machine-learning models, or used commercially without written permission.
Couples receive full personal rights to use their own photographs — printing them, sharing them, posting them. Commercial or editorial use by third parties, including vendors and publications, needs permission first.
Showing your wedding
Photographs from a wedding may be shown on this website and on associated social media, as a portfolio of the work. If you would rather your wedding was never shown publicly, say so and it will not be. That request is honoured at any point, including after publication.
The couples featured here appear with permission.
Accuracy
The site is kept current as work is completed, but descriptions of coverage, delivery and timelines are general. Anything specific to your wedding is confirmed in writing beforehand and that written scope takes precedence.

Where this site links to other services — WhatsApp, social platforms, the client gallery — those services carry their own terms, which are outside the control of this studio.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
