What this site collects
This website has no accounts, no newsletter, no comment system and no advertising trackers. It does not set cookies of its own.
The enquiry form is deliberately unusual: nothing you type into it is transmitted to or stored on this website. The fields are assembled into a WhatsApp message in your own browser, and WhatsApp opens with that text ready to send. Until you press send inside WhatsApp, nobody has received anything.
When you message or call
Once you send a WhatsApp message or place a call, the usual things apply — your phone number and whatever you choose to share are visible, and the conversation is retained so that enquiries and bookings can be tracked properly. WhatsApp's own privacy terms govern the message in transit.
Enquiry conversations that do not lead to a booking are not repurposed for marketing.
Photographs of you
Wedding photography creates a permanent record of identifiable people, so it deserves a plain explanation.
Photographs taken at your wedding are delivered to you through a private online gallery. That gallery uses facial recognition so guests can locate their own photographs without scrolling through thousands of frames. It operates on your wedding's gallery alone and is not used to build any wider database.
Photographs are only published on this website, or anywhere else, with the couple's permission. If you would prefer that none of your photographs are ever shown publicly, say so — before or after the wedding — and that will be honoured. If images of you are already published and you want them removed, ask and they come down.
Hosting and logs
Like any website, this one is served by a hosting provider that keeps standard server logs — IP address, browser, and which page was requested. These are ordinary operational records, kept briefly, and are not used to profile visitors.
Your rights
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are handled directly rather than through a ticketing system, and you will get a real answer.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
