Conversation
A call, usually a long one. What the family is like, who matters, which rituals are non-negotiable, and what you actually want to be left holding afterwards.

Proposal
A written scope covering the functions, what is delivered and the size of the team the schedule needs. Nothing is assumed and nothing is bundled in that you did not ask for.

Confirmation
Dates are held once the booking is confirmed. Until then they stay open to everyone.

Arshaan arrives early, meets the family properly, and then largely disappears into it.

Outstation and overseas
Arshaan travels for weddings across India and abroad. Travel and accommodation are arranged by the family and confirmed in writing well before the date.
